2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third parties (no external fonts, scripts or images). We only process personal data where it is needed to run the website or where you give it to us yourself.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested, your browser identifier (user agent) and referrer, in order to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

4. Local storage in your browser

If you switch between the light and dark design, your browser stores this choice locally (localStorage). It is not sent to us. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you asked for (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Launch notifications

If you sign up for notifications, we store your email address, the language you chose and the time of signup, in order to send you one email per product launch. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by emailing hello@notradeofflabs.com; we will then delete your data. The data is stored with Cloudflare (see 3).

6. Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose and no legal retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw any consent you have given (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To exercise them, contact hello@notradeofflabs.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

8. No automated decisions

We make no automated individual decisions and do no profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).
